What You Get
60 minute full body flexibility, strength, endurance and cardio conditioning class.
Program-Consists of an initial supervised stretching/warm up, followed by a wide assortment of group exercises, circuit routines and cardio exercises. We end with a group cool down, stretching and relaxation.
Equipment-TRX suspension straps,, medicine balls, resistance bands, agility ladders, etc… All equipment is normally provided.
(Bringing your own floor mat/ personal hand weights is optional. Some items can be made available for purchase on site if requested in advance).
INCLUDED EXTRAS
-Personal fitness assessment, weight and body composition tests, fitness tracking and counseling, nutrition information and resources.
Drink-Bring your own water bottle/with drink of choice. (Note - no glass allowed).

* BOOTCAMP PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Monthly Bootcamp packages are four (4) consecutive weeks of training.  Reduced rate subscriptions for 3, 6 or 12 month packages will be automatically charged monthly. All months are 4 week months.
  2. 30-Day’s Notice of cancellation is required for refund of purchase.  All refunds are subject to approval by SGO FITNESS. 
  3. Missed SGO FITNESS BOOTCAMP classes can be made-up at any of our BOOTCAMP locations or times DURING THE CLIENTS PURCHASED SESSION DATES ONLY. 
  4. Cancelled classes due to weather or other unforeseen events will result in make-up days granted for the client.  Make-up days due to company cancellations can be used at any SGO FITNESS BOOTCAMP location and during any session the client chooses.
